Witching On A Star Wicked Witches of the Midwest Book 4 eBook Amanda M Lee
Just finished the fourth book in the Wicked Witches Series and I'm truly hoping there is a fifth book coming soon. I can't say enough about how much fun I've had reading the series. Although, not a genre I would normally choose, I'm happy I did. The characters are inventive, real to life, interesting and never dull. The story has twists and turns that you don't see coming and keeps you guessing throughout. Amanda M. Lee is a gifted story teller, and is able to make that which is not real, beyond plausible. I love the different personalities of all of the characters and how well they all work together. Truly a funny, laugh out loud mystery, that keeps you guessing from the beginning. Hoping that this is not the end of the series, and that another Wicked Witches book will be out soon. Amanda M. Lee's stories are wonderful, and truly magical for those that enjoy a great time, and aren't afraid to open their mind's to something different. Recommend her books to everyone that loves to become engrossed and caught up in a story.

Witching On A Star Wicked Witches of the Midwest Book 4 eBook Amanda M Lee Reviews
This is the fourth in the Wicked Witches of the Midwest Series. It is just as original and funny as the first three. I quite frankly am an Aunt Tillie Fan. Ms. Lee has light easy writing style and a wicked sense of humor.
The series follows the adventures of three cousins who are very close and just happen to be earth witches. Now if you are looking for hardcore paranormal you won't find it here. This is more Bewitched meets I love Lucy with a side of Scooby Doo a dash of Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew and a little bit of The Three Stooges banter. The books chronicle a functional dysfunctional family of witches.
Bay, who is the lead character, is working her way through issues, with her family, with being a witch, and oh yes with being able to see ghosts. She has a kind heart and tries her best to help them to light and to that end is where the mysteries usually have their root.
Want a good, well written, well plotted humorous story. Try this series. Looking for something deep and ominous this probably won't please you.
I find it very demeaning for Bay that Landon needs to know Every thing she does says who she talks to an why! He is a real jerk! It is frustrating to read every time Bay an her cousins do something he calls her a lyre and wants to know what their up to! Than he acts like he is aunt Tillies guardian you need to tone him down!!! Still love this series!!
I was looking for a series that I would love and not get sick of after the first couple of books. Then I found wicked witches of the Midwest, I have every book there is and I’m waiting for more. This one series I can read over and over and over again. A must read series. I have fallen in love with the Winchester women and their male counterparts. Aunt Tillie is a hoot and the girls have just the right amount of sarcasm. I can't put the books down.
The first two books had me chuckling all the way through them. The third was OK I guess. This fourth, the author seems to have used up all of her good material and is desperately throwing everything she can out there just to put out another book. This doesn't work because her it is the humor that makes the stories enjoyable as the stories themselves are not great.
Things are getting mighty interesting!
I can't stop myself from jumping into the next book. With each book I finish, I just have to start the next. I love how the stories flow from one book to the next flawlessly. You also continue to fall more in love with each character.
So off I go to read more, because the plot keeps thickening! And I really need to know what's up with this Sam guy..... Oh yeah! And Aunt Tillie and Kenneth. Love maybe?
This was such an entertaining read from start to finish... These quirky characters and their witty humor had me laughing out loud, yet the story becomes balanced with moments of genuine emotion and familial loyalty... I really enjoy the connection amongst these characters especially the growing intensity between Bay and Landon; building their trust and interdependence with one another... The paranormal mystery aspect of this read was quite thrilling and held some important social themes that made it even more poignant... I look forward to continuing with this series and seeing how these characters and their stories continue to evolve... 4 Stars)
A great mystery read with lots of innuendos, suspects and a totally unexpected outcome. The Winchester females are special and have a great time annoying each other. The ex-husbands of the Winnie, (Bay's mom), Twila, (Thistle's mom), and Marnie, (Clove's mom) are establishing another Inn in the area. Aunt Tillie is out to get them. Bay has a special gift in which she can see and speak to ghosts. A little girl by the name of Erika asks Bay for help for herself and Gracie, another ghost. The local rundown light house is going to be renovated and a tourists attraction. This book is answers a lot of questions and new insights.
